Jerry Rulsky is trial counsel at Braff Law Firm and leads the firm’s litigation department, where he oversees all cases in active litigation and trial. His practice focuses on complex personal injury matters involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and high exposure commercial claims, including trucking accidents, rideshare litigation, and catastrophic injury cases. His work also includes government claims against public entities, including collisions involving police, fire department, and postal service vehicles, as well as injuries caused by negligent maintenance of public property and dangerous conditions in common areas on private land.

A Southern California native, Jerry brings a competitive, courtroom first mindset to every case. He is known for disciplined case development, aggressive discovery, and trial ready preparation, building each matter with the expectation that it may ultimately be decided by a jury.

Earlier in his career, Jerry served as a litigation and trial attorney at one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States, where he handled a high volume docket of serious injury cases and litigated against major insurance carriers, large corporate defendants, and government entities. Over the course of his career, Jerry has recovered tens of millions of dollars for injured clients, including multiple seven figure settlements. He has taken cases to trial and obtained verdicts for his clients, a distinction held by only a small percentage of personal injury attorneys nationwide. That courtroom experience gives him a decisive advantage in negotiations and consistently positions his cases for maximum value.

A nationally recognized plaintiff’s attorney, Jerry has been selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 for Civil Plaintiff Attorneys and Top 25 for Motor Vehicle Accident Attorneys, honors awarded based on professional achievement, reputation, leadership, and trial skill.

Outside the courtroom, Jerry is a devoted husband and father of two daughters and a proud Golden Retriever owner. Family is central to his life and values, and that same sense of responsibility, protection, and advocacy carries into his work on behalf of injured clients and their families.
